containergem helps you generate Docker and container configurations, such as Dockerfiles and Compose files. The generated output is based on the information you provide.
You agree not to:
Configurations generated by the Service are provided as a starting point. They are not guaranteed to be error-free, secure or suitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing any configuration before using it, especially in production environments.
You keep the rights to the content you enter and to the configurations generated for you. You may use the output freely, including commercially.
The Service itself, including its design, code, name and logo, belongs to containergem and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law. All rights are reserved.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not give you any right to copy or republish the Service, its source code, design, texts or underlying prompts, or to use the name "containergem", its logo or confusingly similar names and signs.
If you violate this section, we may suspend or delete your account without notice and claim damages and the cessation of the infringement as far as the law allows.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, for example for maintenance or improvements.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, containergem is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or damage resulting from the use of generated configurations. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, remains unaffected.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a way that harms the Service or other users.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
